Ingredients

2-4 fat ham hocks

1.5 cups all purpose flour

1pt.ham stock

1pt.tomato sauce

1 pt.heavy cream

4 celery stalks

4 carrotts

2 onion

make mire poix with veg.

Preparation

put ham stock in large pan add the flour making a roux add mire poix just sweat it slowly add heavy cream with wisk then add the tomato sauce make sure the color is creamy and season with adobo seasoning
