Ingredients

1 large can Hunts tomatoes

2 cups whipping cream

1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup butter

1 T olive oil

1 T garlic

Preparation

Saute diced onions & garlic in butter & olive oil until onions are light brown & tender. Add whipping cream & bring to slow boil (be careful not to scorch) Blend tomatoes in blender & add to onion/butter/cream mixture.
