Ingredients
70 g chevre, room temp
3 T pesto
1 savour tart shell
60 cherry tomatoes
salt
basil
Preparation
Mix cheese and pesto tog. Season and spread over bottom of baked and cooled tart. Fit a circle of tomatoes around tart starting at outside and work in.
Bake 25 min at 375F. garnish with shredded basil.
