Ingredients

4 lb. seedless watermelon cut in 1 inch cubes

3 large tomatoes cut in 1 inch cubes

6 oz. feta cheese

2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup fresh basil

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Preparation

Place watermelon and tomatoes in center of bowl or plate. crumble feta over top. drizzle oil over top. add salt and pepper. top with leaves.
