three slices of salt joul

Bg. GreenBeans

Dash of salt

dash of pepper

one tbsp.canola oil

cp. water

one bellpepper red/ green

Preparation

heat skillet w/ oil began frying the joul then add the water.Next u will add the tomatoes, bellpepper & greenbeans . Let simmer for 45mins. Ready to serve.
