Ingredients
9 oz cheese tortellini
8 oz frozen sugar snap peas
1 pt grape tomatoes
Light Champagne Dressing
Preparation
Cook tortellini according to package. Rinse under cold running water. Place sugar snap peas in a small bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Rinse under cold running water. Cut tomatoes in half and combine ingredients. Before serving, add 1/2 cup dressing.
You can also put these ingredients on skewers and marinate ingredients 4 hours in the dressing.
