Ingredients

1 lb ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup olive oil

3 T balsamic vinegar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 (9 ounce) pkg refrigerated tortellini

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients in a serving bowl. Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain. Add tortellini to tomatoe mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with feta. Serve warm or chilled.
