Ingredients
Bring 6 cups of canned or Oxo chicken/vegetable broth to a boil.
Add 350 gram fresh cheese tortellini. Boil gently, uncovered till tender, 6-8 min
Add 1 cup cubed chicken breast OR 1 tin solid white tuna
Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup red pepper, jullienned, 1 cup grated carrot, 1 tsp italian seasoning, 1/2 cup green pepper, jullienned. Reduce heat and cook till vegetables are done.
Preparation
Serve with garnish of black pepper and freshy grated parmesan
