Ingredients

½ lb ground beef

(½ t salt, ¼ t minced onion, ¼ t paprika,

1½ t chili powder, 2 T water)

8 flour tortillas

(1 c cooking oil)

16 oz can refried beans

1/3 c diced tomatoes

1/3 c mild picante sauce

1 to 2 c cheddar/Monterey jack cheese

¼ c chopped green onions

¼ c sliced black olives

Preparation

Crumble and brown ground beef. Add next 5 ingredients; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often. Meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Fry each tortilla for about 30-45 seconds per side, popping any bubbles that form in tortilla, and drain on paper towel. Heat beans. Stack each pizza by spreading beans then meat evenly on 4 tortillas, top w/ another tortilla and layer salsa, tomato, cheese, onion and olives evenly. Bake @400 for 10-12 minutes. Serve with sliced orange wedges.
