Ingredients
2 - 3 flour tortillas for frying.
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 t. cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1 4 0z. can chopped green chilis
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
4 cups chicken broth
Juice of one lime
Cilantro
Preparation
Cut tortillas in 2 by 1/2 inch strips. Deep fry, drain on paper towels.
Saute onion until transparent. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer at least 20 minutes.
