Ingredients
1 3/4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon shortening
1/2 cup warm water
Preparation
1- sift flour and salt in large bowl 2- drop the shortening into the flour using your fingertips rub the shortening quickley and lightly into the flour till it dissapears 3- add water bit by bit mixing with a fork draw ball together 4- cover bowl with cloth leave at least 10-15 minutes 5- cover a board or flat surface with a light layer of flour 6- divide dough into 10 balls 7- flours a rolling pin set one ball on board and roll out 8- repeat untill all dough is used up 9- heat an ungreased frying pan 10- when the pan is really hot lay the ball on pan and cook 1-2 min or unitll brown patches 11- cover with towel once done
