Ingredients
SALAD:
1 large tomato, diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 avacados, diced
1 yellow or orange bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
juice from 2 or 3 limes
cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
SAUCE:
1/2 cup sour cream
juice from 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
3 flat corn tostadas
Extra lime wedges
Preparation
SALAD: Dice all ingredients for the salad, and toss. Chill before serving for best results.
SAUCE: Mix sour cream with lime juice and salt and pepper.
Spread 2-3 table spoons of sour cream sauce on the tostada, and pile on salad mixture of diced veggies. Serve chilled with a lime wedge. Makes 3 servings. Enjoy!
