Ingredients

1 purple onion, chopped

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

2 Tbsp of real butter, melted

1 can of Hormel spicy chile(no beans)

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

3/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese

corn chips

Preparation

Saute onions, bell peppers in butter until soft. Stir chili & soup. Blend well. Add cheese, heat until partially melted. Pour into chafing dish; serve with corn chips or heated Tortilla chips
