Ingredients
2 lbs Shrimp (medium to large) peeled, but leave tail on
6-8 large garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2-3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
Green onion tops chopped for garnish
wooden skewers soak in water 30 minutes
Preparation
Take peeled shrimp, garlic, pepper flakes, salt and pepper and oil and combine in a glass bowl. Cover and marinate for 3-12 hours-stir occasionaly. When ready, heat grill to medium heat. Put 4 shrimp per skewer. Grill 3-4 minutes a side until pink through. Serve on patter and sprinkle with green onion tops Enjoy!!
