Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
pinch of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4-1 1/2 cups warm water
Preparation
Mix yeast with warm water & sugar. Let sit for about 15 minutes. Add yeast to flour and salt. Knead until smooth. Let rise for about an hour. Rub olive oil on hands and push dough out on parchment paper. Add toppings. Bake on top rack as hot as you can get your oven for about 10 minutes. Check. Might need another minute or two.
