Ingredients

250 grams (just over 1/2 lb) of all purpose flour

75 grams (approx 2.65 oz) of melted fat (beef is best but any fat will do including butter)

1 teaspoon salt

tepid water (approx 8 1/2 oz)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, adding water only as needed

  2. Let rest for 20-30 minutes

  3. Cut dough into 12 even balls

  4. Roll out on a floured surface

  5. Fill, bake approx 15 min (until golden) and eat!
