Ingredients
2 medium-sized avacados
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, diced
1 small roma tomato, seeded, diced
1 clove galic, finely minced
3 tablespoons finely diced red or white onion
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Pit and peel avacados, then coursely mash with lime or lemon juice. In a seperate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add the mashed avacados and mix well. Chill about 1 hour and serve with your favorite chips.
