Ingredients
1 pkg dried wild mushrooms
1/2 c Marsala (approx)
1 small carton heavy cream
Preparation
Tear mushrooms and put them in a small bowl. Add enough Marsala to cover mushrooms. Allow mushrooms to reconstitute. Put in a small sauce pan along with carton cream and reduce. Stir occasionally with whisk as sauce is reducing.
