Ingredients

4 eggs separated

1 cup sugar

1 cup self rising flour (1 c flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder)

1 stick butter, melted and cooled

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla

MILK MIXTURE

1 can condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk

1,5 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F Beat egg whites. Stir in sugar. Beat egg yolk w/fork. Fold into egg whites. Fold flour into egg mixture. Mix milk, butter and vanilla. Fold into batter. Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Bake. Prick all over w/fork. Pour milk mixture over. Refrigerate overnight.
