Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
1 of each - large red bell, yellow bell & orange bell - seeded & julienned
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp balsamic vin
1 Tbs minced fresh basil
1 tsp minced fresh oregano
1 tsp minced fresh thyme
salt & fresh ground bl pepper
Preparation
In large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over med-hi heat. Add the peppers and saute, stirring often, for 3-5 min, until crisp but tender. Add the garlic and saute for 2 more minutes, stirring often. Add the vinegar, basil, oregano & thyme. Season to taste with sale & pepper, cover and cook for 1 min.
Serve immediately.
