Ingredients

-Milk

-five or six different packs of INSTANT pudding (chocolate, vanilla and butter scotch work very well)

-2 loaves of pound cake

-whipped topping

Preparation

  1. make all of the pudding according to the package. only instant will work for this.
  2. cut the pound cake into pieces.
  3. get a triffel bowl and start layering. there is not right or wrong way to layer. so for an example. choclate pudding, poundcake, vanilla, butterscotch, poundcake, choclate, butterscotch, vanilla, poundcake.
  4. put the coolwhip on top.
  5. put in the fridge until it is time to serve. note. for christmas I put broken candy canes on top, for fourth of july i used only vanilla pudding and blue berries and strawberries, the combinations are limitless.
