Ingredients
8oz unsalted butter
6oz of bittersweet chocolate
2oz of unsweetened chocolate
2oz of chocolate chips
4 eggs
1/4 tea spoon of salt
8oz sugar
8oz dark brown sugar
2 tea spoons of vanilla extract
4oz of all-purpose flour
4oz of walnuts or picans, toasted and choped
Preparation
In a bowl over pot of simmering water melt together bittersweet, unsweetened chocolate and butter. Mix well, set aside. In a bowl of an electric mixer with a whisk attachment mix together both sugars. Add melted chocolate and butter mixture into sugars and whisk well. Add to mixture eggs one at a time to incorporate. Add vanilla extract and salt. Add the flour, nuts and chocolate chips, mix to incorporate. Spray or butter well a 9-by-13 inch baking pan.
