Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 and 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp tsp grated lemon or orange rind

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream and butter together. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Sift together flour, cinnamon and salt. Stir into butter/sugar mixture. Add grated citrus rind and press out cookies.
Decorate and bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes..
