Ingredients

2-3 heaping Tbls. Peanut Butter

1/4 cup (or 1 big squeeze) Chocolate Syrup

1 - 2 frozen Bananas

5 oz. cold Soy Milk (6-7oz for thinner smoothie)

1 Tbls. Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Bean Flavor (optional)

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth for approximately 30 seconds. Viola!

Most people who have tried this smoothie have an intense POSITIVE reaction with their first sip. If you are a coffee lover, you can add an intense bit of coffee flavor too. Best for a quick breakfast meal, afternoon pick up snack or dessert (like ice cream shake). Filling, very satisfying and mostly nutritious.
