Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled

1 papaya, peeled & seeded

2 ripe avocados, peeled

4 kiwis, peeled and sliced

3 bananas, sliced

1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted

1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Dressing:

1/3 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon light rum

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Arrange mango, papaya & avocado on a large serving plate. Combine kiwi & banana; spoon into center of arranged fruit. Combine coconut & almonds; sprinkle over salad. Pour dressing over salad.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly & shake vigorously. Refrigerate 1 hour.
