Ingredients

2 lbs. Cooked Shrimp, cleaned with tail left on

1 8 oz tub Cream Cheese with Pineapple

2 cups finely chopped toasted pecans

Preparation

Allow cream cheese to set at room temp. for about 20 to make it easier to spread. With a butter knife, apply a light coating of cream cheese to each shrimp, leaving tail clean. Roll each cheese covered shrimp in pecan and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Return to fridge to chill and set before serving.
