Ingredients

1 lrg. whole-wheat pizza crust (14 oz)

1 c. pineapple mango chipotle salsa

1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese

1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 green pepper (seeded, sliced)

1/2 red pepper (seeded, sliced)

1/2 small onion (sliced)

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 450
  2. Place pizza crust on large baking sheet. Spread 2/3 c. of salsa over crust. Sprnkle the cheeses over the salsa. Spoon remaining 1/3 c. salsa over cheese; scatter pepper and onion over top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 8 slices
