Ingredients

1 bag of mixed lettuces

1 can of corn grains

1/2 green pepper

1/2 red pepper

1/2 yellow pepper

1 smocked trout

juice from 1 yellow lemon

olive oil

salt

Preparation

Chop into little cubes the peppers and the trout. In a big bowl, add the lemon juice, the lettuce, the corn grains and the peppers and olive oil. Chop also into little pieces the trout and add it to the mix. Add just a bit of salt.
