Ingredients
3 lbs / carrots … sliced
4 / large sweet potatoes … sliced like carrots
3 lbs … briskett or beef flanken (sliced)
16 oz … honey
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Preparation
Place meat, potatoes and carrots in large roaster; add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour honey evenly over entire mixture; add water to approx. one inch over mixture.
Cover pan; bake in pre-heated oven @ 325 for 3-4 hours (until meat is tender & carrots are cooked).
Can add kugel mix, added to a well in the center of the mixture, halfway through roasting process.
Mix well; serve.
