Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain

2 Tablespoons half and half

2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced into large chunks

1/2 onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Place cucumber, onion, garlic in food processor and pulse 10 to 20 times until vegetables are chopped small but not pureed. Scoop out of food processor and place in a medium bowl add Greek yogurt, half and half, salt and dill. Mix well. Best if allowed to stand for at least an hour in the fridge.
