Ingredients
3/4 lb Large Shrimp, 3/4 lb Wild caught scalops, 1 TBS sea salt, 1 TBS Fresh ground pepper, 2 TBS Organic Curry, 2 TBS mild Curry powder, 1/2 cup virgin Olive oil, juice of two fresh lemons.
1 packaged spagetti (very good brand)
Preparation
Wash Shrimp and scalops and combine all above ingrediants Except Pasta and marinade for 3 hours in the fridge. Put Shrimp on skewer and put scalops on a grilling tray. Use Marinade for basting while grilling. Serve over cooked Pasta that mixed with garlic and clam juice, olive oil and cilantro. ENJOY!!
