Ingredients

11/2 cups pasta

1 medium onion (chopped)

2 tomatos (chopped) 1 capsicum (chopped)

1/2 teaspoon of mixed herbs

2 tablespoons of tomato paste or 3 of sauce

1 cup of cooked peas

1 large tin of tuna drained

1/2 cup of soft breadcrumbs

Preparation

cook pasta until just cooked, drain. Gently fry onion and capsicum in a little oil. Add tomotos,herbs and tomato paste. Stir well and cook over a low heat for a few minutes. Add peas and tuna and add a little water if too thick. Reheat only if necessay. Place pasta in lightly oiled ovenproof dish cover with fish mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place in a hot oven or under the grill until browned and hot.

Serve with a light salad and crusty bread.
