Ingredients
1/2 to 1 whole onion, chopped.
1/2to 1 whole green bell pepper, chopped.
3 c macaroni noodles
1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of milk
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 cans drained tuna
Sliced American cheese to taste.
Preparation
Boil Macaroni noodles for approximately 5 to 6 minutes. They do not need to be completely done. Add the veggies after approximately 3 or 4 minutes. Drain, put in microwave-safe bowl. Mix creamy ingredients in, except the cheese. Microwave for ten minutes. Add cheese, let stand for 3 minutes or serve immediately.
