Ingredients
2 tins (8oz) white tuna drained
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 envelope gelatin (1.5 times recipe use 1pkg + 1tsp Knox gelatin)
1/4 cup water to dissolve
2/3 cup mayo
1/2 cup can milk
1/2 tsp salt -pepper to taste
Preparation
Dissolve Gelatin over hot water (use a small pyrex dish with gelatin and water and place in boiling water….small amount….to dissolve) mix mayo, milk and gelatin mixture together Fold in remaining ingredients Chill and set Keeps for 1.5 wks
