Ingredients

1 can ( 6 ounces ) tuna in water, drained

1 can ( 15 ounces) garbanzo beans, drained

1/2 cup Milk

1 clove Garlic, minced

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1/2 tsp Dillweed

1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp Ground black pepper

1 tbsp Snipped parsley

1 tbsp Minced green onion

Garnish- paprika

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a processor bowl and process till smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Place on a platter and surround with pita bread triangles and / or raw vegetables.
