Ingredients

12 oz solid white albacore (canned is fine)

8 oz heavy cream

handful capers

2 oz tomato paste

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp unsalted butter

6 oz bowtie pasta

Preparation

Bring water for pasta to a boil, add pasta.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium - low heat. Once butter is melted add garlic and brown slightly. Stir together and add heavy cream. Once blended, add tomato paste and blend with small whisk until pink. Stirring constantly, add capers and salt.

Continue Stirring and add tuna to sauce mixture. Continue stirring until well heated.

Serve over pasta…Viola!
