Ingredients

Salt

16 oz penne

8 oz sour cream

8 oz Hellmann’s mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp, or more to taste, cayenne pepper

juice of half a lemon

3/4 cup parmesan cheese, divided

2 6 oz. cans of tuna

Preparation

In a large pot, boil bring the water to a boil and add two heaping tablespoons of salt.

While water is boiling, in a large bowl, mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix. Add the caynenne pepper and mix again.

Add the lemon juice and mix quickly and thoroughly, to avoid curdling.

Add 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese, mix and set aside.

Open and drain the tuna. In a small bowl, flake with a fork, and set aside.

When the pasta is done, drain, and add to the sour cream/mayonnaise mixture and stir.

Add the remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and stir. Add the tuna and stir.
