Ingredients

3/4 pound whole small round potatoes 

2 tablespoons dry vermouth 

Drained olive oil-packed tuna 

Blanched green beans 

Hard-cooked eggs 

Olives 

Lemon wedges 

Extra-virgin olive oil 

Flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper 

Preparation

Steam potatoes until tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Immediately toss with vermouth. Serve on a platter with tuna, green beans, eggs, olives, and lemon wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
