Ingredients
4 Sliced Tuna Steaks
1/4 cup lemon juice,
1/4 olive oil
kosher salt
ground pepper
minced garlic
1/4 cup white wine is optional
1/8 cup soy sauce
Preparation
Marinate for at least an hour with lemon juice, galic, kosher salt pepper, and soy sauce, if you like a bit of white wine, plus about a quarter of a cup of olive oil. before grilling remove from marinate and put some kosher salt and pepper. The steaks should be about an inch thick. Grill one to one and a half minutes on the first side and one minute on the second, on a well heated grill. Before making the fish grill vegetables and serve with balsamic vinegar.
