Ingredients

1 C. elbow macaroni, cooked pkg. directions

1 C. cucumber, chopped'

1/2 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

1 can Deming’s Red Sockeye Salmon, or 2 cans tuna fish

red and green peppers, chopped small

2 stalks celery, chopped

lettuce, washed and sliced

2 tomatoes, cut in wedges

Dressing:

1/2 C. mayonnaise

1/4 C. sour cream

1/8 tsp. creamy horseradish

1/4 tsp. basil

1/4 tsp. dill weed

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions. Rinse and drain under cold water. Mix ingredients except tomatoes and lettuce. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Spoon on lettuce leaves. Garnish with tomato wedges.
