Tuna, drain water

Can of plum tomatoes

Cayenne pepper

Lemon zest

Chop anchovies garlic & parsley together Sauté mixture in olive oil After 5 minutes add the whole can of tuna Add tomatoes Add lemon zest Add salt Add cayenne pepper Cover and simmer for 20 minutes Add a touch of white wine
