Ingredients

One mango, peeled and chopped

2 teaspoons ginger, minced

1 pound sushi grade tuna, cubed

Juice of 2 limes

1/4 teaspoon garlic-chili paste

1 Tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

1 avocado, cubed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, being sure to add avocado last and stir only once or twice to avoid bruising. Sometimes I add some chopped cilantro – or a little basil or mint. Feel free to add more heat with extra chili paste. Serve with either tortilla chips or plaintain chips.
