Ingredients

1 Tbl Mirin

1 Tbl Sesame seed toasted

2 Tbl Lemon or Lime juice

1 Tbl Sesame Oil

1 Serrano chili

2-3 Tbl macadamia nuts, toasted

1 lb sushi grade tuna

3 green onions

1 tablespoon fresh ginger

3 tablespoons light soy sauce

Preparation

Blend all ingredients except the tuna in a food processor. Add salt & pepper to taste. Cut tuna into small pieces and toss into dressing Marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves
