Ingredients

6 ounces tuna, canned

3/4 ounce low-fat mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

squeeze of lemon

1 tablespoon carrots, shredded

1 tablespoon celery, chopped

1 tablespoon green onion, chopped

1 teaspoon celery seeds

Preparation

Drain canned tuna and place in a small bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Then add lemon zest, lemon juice, carrots, celery, green onions, and celery seeds. Blend together.
