Ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (6 ounces) white albacore tuna, drained
½ teaspoon of fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon celery seed
¼ cup of finely chopped dill pickle
¼ cup of finely chopped Vidalia onion
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Chill approximately 30 minutes before serving with crackers or crudities. Recipe can be multiplied as needed.
