Ingredients
1 can of tuna
1 cucumber, seedless and cut in thin slices(shaved)
1 big tomato, seedless, cut in length
1 green pepper, cut in length
Rocolla 1 handful bunch
1 big clove of garlic, crushed
2 handfuls bunches of green beans
Maldon salt, black pepper
Balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Few drops of hot sauce
2 potatoes
Preparation
- Preheat oven on 200c
- Wash and peeled potatoes, cut in length, put on baking dish with some Maldon salt black pepper and olive oil, mix well. Put in oven for 15 minutes.
- Wash green beans. Preheat pan, put beans , some water and butter, cover, cook for 5 min on medium fire.
- Prepare tuna. Cut tomato, cucumber, green pepper.Put all vegetables in big bowl, add tuna, ready green beans, rocolla, crushed garlic, olive oil, vinegar, hot sauce, salt and pepper as desired.
- Mix well . Serve with or without roasted potatoes. On top you can put more rocolla. Bon appetit!
