Ingredients

1 can of tuna

1 cucumber, seedless and cut in thin slices(shaved)

1 big tomato, seedless, cut in length

1 green pepper, cut in length

Rocolla 1 handful bunch

1 big clove of garlic, crushed

2 handfuls bunches of green beans

Maldon salt, black pepper

Balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Few drops of hot sauce

2 potatoes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven on 200c
  2. Wash and peeled potatoes, cut in length, put on baking dish with some Maldon salt black pepper and olive oil, mix well. Put in oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Wash green beans. Preheat pan, put beans , some water and butter, cover, cook for 5 min on medium fire.
  4. Prepare tuna. Cut tomato, cucumber, green pepper.Put all vegetables in big bowl, add tuna, ready green beans, rocolla, crushed garlic, olive oil, vinegar, hot sauce, salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Mix well . Serve with or without roasted potatoes. On top you can put more rocolla. Bon appetit!
