Ingredients

Romaine lettuce 4-5 leaves

1 tomato

1 scallion

1/3 cucumber

tlb chopped fresh parsley

1 tlb chopped fresh mint

Salt & pepper

1 tlb olive oil

1/2 squeezed fresh lemon

pinch of granulated garlic

1 radish sliced thinly

2 oz. tuna fish

Flour tortilla 10"

Preparation

chop vegetables as for salad. add flaked tuna,mint, parsley, salt pepper garlic oil and squeezed lemon juice. Toss well. roll in the flour tortilla or thin pita bread.
