Ingredients
2x Med Tuna Steaks
2x Cartons Fresh Strawberries
( or any sweet fresh fruit of your choice )
Jersey Royal Potatoes ( enough for 2 persons )
Fresh Mint
lemon juice
white wine (2 X cap fulls )
Parsley
olive oil
Preparation
wash jersey royals (leave skin on ) put into pot with mint boil for about 10-15 mins , drain and keep warm . Place Tuna Steaks on tray with little olive oil, squeeze little lemon juice on top & add the wine, place under grill med heat for about 10 mins until cooked, add fruit to pot with little water ( tbl spoonfull ) add a little sugar , let simmer until all turned to liquid. keep turning the tuna to cook through. arrange your salad,tuna steak on plate drizzel with fruit sauce , add new potatoes into a side bowl add little butter & fresh mint to garnish
