Ingredients
1/2 gallon hot water
2/3 c sugar
2 cups kosher salt
4 cups vegetable/chicken broth
12 c apple cidar
small bag of ice
Preparation
Disolve sugar and salt in 1/2 gallon of water, add cidar and broth. Place turkey in cooler, cover with brine and ice to cover. let stand 8-24 hours.
