Ingredients

8 ounces extra lean, 97% fat-free ground turkey

2 tablespoons sourdough bread crumbs

4 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk

3 teaspoons green onions, minced

3 teaspoons parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2 dashes black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the grill or broiler.
  2. Combine all ingredients and form into patty.
  3. Grill until cooked through, 7 to 10 minutes per side.
